Feeley Consulting, LLC is a consultancy firm specializing in transportation research and  planning for the autistic community.  Together with our customers, we can evaluate and plan for the most accessible and appropriate transportation mode for all individuals on the autistic spectrum.  Our founding member is actively involved with every Feeley Consulting project.

Cecilia Feeley, Ph.D., Managing Member, is the author of report titled "Evaluating the Transportation Needs and Accessibility Issues for Adults on the Autism Spectrum in New Jersey" (TRB 10-0148), that she presented to the Transportation Research Board in Washington D.C. Dr. Feeley has her Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology where she focused on on-demand paratransit services for adults on the autism spectrum. Cecilia's work has been featured in the New York Times article titled The Challenge of Driving with Asperger's. Dr. Feeley was the recipient of a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from Congressman Bill Pascrell.  

Dr. Feeley is currently appointed to the National Academies Transportation Research Board's Committee on Paratransit. Prior to founding Feeley Consulting, Cecilia was employed at The National Center for Transportation and Industrial Productivity, the International Intermodal Transportation Center and the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, the fifth largest M.P.O. in the United States.  

Her own son’s autism diagnosis gives her a unique and first-hand perspective into the needs and issues and individuals with autism face daily.  Ms. Feeley is also actively involved in the autism community and has received training in both A.B.A. and DIR/Floortime.
